CHILEAN FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION TO SCOUT FUTURE SPORTS TALENT WITH PIXELLOT

Pixellot, the world’s leading provider of AI-Automated™ sports video and analytics solutions, is expanding in Latin America, signing on Chile’s National Football Association (ANFP). Under the new agreement, Pixellot is supplying its automated video and data technology to enhance training and coaching for clubs across Chile.

ANFP invested in 40 Pixellot Air camera systems and distributed them to all the clubs to help the Sports Directorate of the Chilean National Team monitor and follow up on matches throughout the country. Using Pixellot’s cameras, the national teams can view all the games in the training area, allowing continued monitoring of promising players throughout Chile, without neglecting any region.

Through this investment, the ANFP can ensure youth academies at clubs have the top-level technological equipment they need to generate more information and a better analysis of the evolution of their players. The clubs themselves will also have a record of all the games of the academy soccer series to generate analysis, statistics, and strategies defined by the different technical bodies.

“Chile is among the first CONMEBOL member states to implement Pixellot’s AI technology,” said Diego Karmy, Director of Development and New Projects at ANFP. “A real asset for increasing visibility of youth football across the continent, Pixellot’s all-inclusive solution for football will help South American leagues identify and cultivate promising talent, offering more players a chance at success.”

“We are proud to be a part of ANFP’s choice to revolutionize the Chilean football scene,” Alon Werber, CEO of Pixellot, said. “Following the successful experiences in European Leagues, CONMEBOL state associations across South America are showing interest in Pixellot’s automated video and analytics solution, and we look forward to partnering with clubs across the continent to help make football more visible and accessible to all.”
