The NOC (Network Operations Center) plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, quality, and visibility of our automated sports productions across thousands of venues worldwide. It serves as the central hub for monitoring system health, identifying issues in real time, and driving continuous improvements through data and automation. As a backend developer joining the NOC team, your role will focus on strengthening and expanding our ETL infrastructure, with an emphasis on reliability, scalability, and visibility. You’ll work closely with domain owners to build tools that help them monitor and manage their ETL pipelines more effectively. In addition, you’ll contribute to integrating and updating our support ticketing systems to streamline issue tracking and resolution. Looking ahead, you’ll also take part in developing a GenAI-based agent that analyzes production data to surface insights and recommend actionable steps—enabling smarter, faster decision-making across the organization.
