Pixellot is the global leader in AI-powered sports production, and we're looking for a tech-savvy, hands-on HR Generalist to join our small but mighty HR team.
This junior to mid-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves learning, and wants to be involved in shaping company culture and processes across the board.
As part of your role, you will:
- Play a key role in building and maintaining cross-company HR programs such as: Employee engagement surveys, Recognition and feedback initiatives, Internal communication, HRIS system updates and improvements, HR budget planning and tracking, etc.
- Work closely with the VP HR to drive employee experience initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to bring HR ideas to life
- Research and implement new tools and practices that boost efficiency and engagement
- Create engaging content and communications for internal campaigns
You should bring with you:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or relevant operations roles
- Excellent interpersonal skills – approachable, a good listener, and great at building trust
- A natural self-learner – curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
- Independent and organized – can manage multiple projects and keep things moving
- Tech savvy and comfortable working with AI tools, automations, and HR platforms
- Fluent communication in both Hebrew and English
- Creative mindset – you enjoy finding new ways to solve problems and engage people
- Experience working in a tech/startup environment
- Background in internal communications, employer branding or employee experience
- Familiarity with platforms like HiBob, Monday, ChatGPT, or similar tools
