Doron Gerstel is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving transformative growth and innovation. With extensive leadership experience across major technology firms including Perion Network, Panaya, Nolio, Syneron, and Zend Technologies, he excels in building world-class teams and performance-driven cultures. Doron brings a passion for scaling new technologies that connect millions of fans to sports moments worldwide. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics & Management and Information Systems from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Marketing from Tel Aviv University.

Gal served for nine years with an elite R&D unit in the Intelligence Corps of the IDF managing development groups of computer vision and GIS application developers. During that time he worked with different visual platform to capture information, from UAV to satellites. Prior to Pixellot Gal co-founded SportVu together with Dr. Miky Tamir (Pixellot’s co-Founder and Chariman) and served as the CEO and R&D Manager of the company until it was sold to US based company, STATS, in 2008. Gal obtained a Master’s degree in Bioengineering from the Tel Aviv University.

Yossi Dayan is a multidisciplinary executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth across industries. Prior to joining Pixellot, Yossi led WeWork’s global franchise operations, establishing and scaling partnerships across multiple regions, and separately overseeing the expansion of WeWork’s international enterprise business. Yossi began his career in financial markets at Merrill Lynch and went on to hold senior leadership roles at UniCredit and BCS, managing global teams across trading, structuring, and distribution. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a dual degree in Economics and Law from Tel Aviv University.

Elad is a senior global executive with over 17 years track record of building, operating and scaling businesses. Elad has vast experience in the broadcast and sports world from his prior position as the CBO and CMO at MX1 where he worked with a variety of sports organization. Prior to that, he served as the CEO of WallStream a social network video advertising solution and VP Products & Strategy at Mediamind a division of DG in New York. Elad holds an EMBA from the Hebrew University.

Colby serves as CCO of Pixellot North America, managing all partnership and operations activities across Pixellot’s portfolio of products. Colby was key in building Pixellot’s partnership with PlayOn Sports and the NFHS Network, a partnership that together now streams over 1 million live sporting events automatically across the US.

Vice Chairman and co-founder of thetime, Nir has been an entrepreneur and angel investor for the last 20 years. He is an angel investor involved in $2.5B exists and is behind the success of companies like Nielsen BuzzMetrics, Matomy Media Group, RSLCOM, Deltathree, and others.

Andy is a Partner at Shamrock Capital, a Los Angeles based media, entertainment, and communications focused private equity firm. In addition to Pixellot, Andy currently serves as a director of DeCurtis Corporation, Branded Cities, Appetize Technologies and Mobilitie Investments III as well as oversees Shamrock’s investment in Omega Wireless. Previously, Andy served on the boards of Screenvision Media, Consilio, Questex, MarketCast, K2 Towers, RealD, Wazee, Publishing Group of America, Naylor Publications, PrimeCo Wireless, Liberation Entertainment, and BASE Entertainment and was a board observer of MetroPCS and OpNext.

Chairman and founder of thetime & Firstime. Chairman and CEO of McCann Tel Aviv, the leading advertising company in the country. Ilan is also a member of the Executive Board of McCann Erickson Europe and former chairman of Matomy Media Group.

Ronen is a Managing Director at PSG Equity and heads its Israeli office. Previously, he was a principal, partner and General Partner at Viola Ventures from 2008 to 2021 focusing on SaaS and Vertical AI investments. Notable investments include iRonsource (NYSE: IS), Redis, Verbit, Samanage (acquired by NYSE: SWI). Prior to Viola, Ronen held several positions in the Israeli tech industry, the latest one being VP Product Management in Verint Systems (NASDAQ:VRNT). Ronen serves on the board of directors of the Aaron Institute for Economics Studies at Reichman University (formerly IDC) in Herzlia, Israel. He is a lecturer at the Kellog-Recanatti EMBA program at Tel Aviv University. From 1989-2002 Ronen served in an elite Israeli Defense Forces' Intelligence Unit (8200) and holds a rank of Lieutenant Colonel (Res.). He received a B.A., cum laude, in Economics and Middle East History from Tel Aviv University and an M.Sc. in Technology Management from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC).

Rotem is a director at the Tel Aviv office of PSG Equity. Previously, Rotem was a Principal at Viola Ventures where she led investments in early-stage startups focusing on Enterprise SaaS, Vertical AI, and Fintech. Prior to joining Viola, Rotem was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group. As a Project Leader, she led teams of consultants to diagnose and solve companies' most challenging problems. She worked on strategy development, operations optimization, and M&A, with a focus on Financial Institutions, Industrial Goods and Energy. Rotem is also a lawyer and member of the Israeli Bar Association. She clerked for the President of the Israeli Supreme Court, the Honorable Justice Dorit Beinisch. Rotem holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, elected as a Baker Scholar, HBS's highest level of academic distinction, awarded to the top 5% of the class. Rotem also holds an LL.B. in Law & Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
