Alon comes to Pixellot with a wealth of experience in managing high-tech companies both locally and abroad. His expertise lies in providing strategic, business, marketing and operational leadership in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining Pixellot, Alon provided business development services to leading companies including Cisco and Priority software. Before that, Alon served as VP Marketing and Business Development at Pontis, a leading provider of software marketing systems for Telco’s. Alon has held numerous leadership positions including VP Strategies at Exigen, a provider of business process optimization services, in California, CEO of Gate42 Technologies (NY), a developer of an Application Productivity Management Suite and as a Partner and Co-CEO at P.O.C., a leading management consulting firm. Alon holds an MBA and B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Tel Aviv University.

Gal served for nine years with an elite R&D unit in the Intelligence Corps of the IDF managing development groups of computer vision and GIS application developers. During that time he worked with different visual platform to capture information, from UAV to satellites. Prior to Pixellot Gal co-founded SportVu together with Dr. Miky Tamir (Pixellot’s co-Founder and Chariman) and served as the CEO and R&D Manager of the company until it was sold to US based company, STATS, in 2008. Gal obtained a Master’s degree in Bioengineering from the Tel Aviv University.

From 2020-2022 Alon served as the chief financial officer of Kornit Digital, a public company traded in NASDAQ (KRNT). Kornit is a fast-growing tech company, driving the digital transformation of the fashion and textile industry. Prior to joining Kornit, Alon served as the chief financial officer of Orbotech Ltd, a Leading provider of process solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry, with annual revenues of approximately $1 billion. Orbotech was traded in NASDAQ (ORBK) until its acquisition by KLA in 2019. During his 13-year tenure at Orbotech, from 2007-2020, Alon served in a broad range of senior finance, business and operational positions, including 6 years as COO in Asia Pacific. Prior to Orbotech, Alon served as the chief financial officer of Wintegra Inc., a Fabless semiconductor start-up and as an accountant for Ernst & Young Israel. Alon is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from The Israeli College of Management.

Elad is a senior global executive with over 17 years track record of building, operating and scaling businesses. Elad has vast experience in the broadcast and sports world from his prior position as the CBO and CMO at MX1 where he worked with a variety of sports organization. Prior to that, he served as the CEO of WallStream a social network video advertising solution and VP Products & Strategy at Mediamind a division of DG in New York. Elad holds an EMBA from the Hebrew University.

In his most recent position at Attenti Electronic Monitoring , a >100M$ global leader in the Public Safety sector, he oversaw Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services across 50+ countries. Before that, Roni served as Executive Vice President of Global Business at RADWIN, a leading broadband wireless player in Telco and Security, where he established and headed the Global Business organization and played a pivotal role in increasing revenues from $15M to $75M. Roni holds a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from the Tel Aviv University.

Shelly is an accomplished business leader with expertise in product management, customer experience, and operations. She has a proven track record of driving product growth through data-driven insights and successful market launches, while leading diverse teams. Shelly held key positions at Vonage and HP Indigo, consistently leading successful product launches and achieving revenue growth. Her deep understanding of both hardware and software products adds to her expertise. Shelly leverages her educational background, including a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering & Management and an EMBA from Kellogg, to make informed strategic decisions and drive product success.

Orit is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with wide experience in a variety of Hi-Tech startups and technological companies. She is well versed in all aspects of HR, at the organizational and employee level, specializing in leading and establishing HR processes such as recruiting and onboarding new talents, management development, talent management, learning & development, and organizational communications. Prior to joining Pixellot, Orit was the HR at Feedvisor and Varonis. and she served as an organizational consultant in the IDF for many years. Orit holds an MA in Organizational Psychology, and a BA in behavioral science, both from Ben Gurion University.

Elad serves as Pixellot’s supply chain manager and is responsible for all the logistical, production and testing issues prior to delivery and ensures the seamless and timely delivery of the final product to the end customer. Elad has garnered extensive management experience including all operations fields. He brings a unique combination of operations and project leadership skills with an indelible reputation for improving margins, while deploying projects worldwide focused on profit, productivity and customer satisfaction. David is the former CEO of Steel Sports and brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in management, coaching, and corporate development in the youth sports arena. In addition to his time at Steel Sports, Shapiro spent 13 years helping build Positive Coaching Alliance, a national non-profit with the mission of developing ”Better Athletes, Better People” and is currently a member of its National Board of Directors.

Gonen brings with him over 30 years of experience in software delivery, professional services and account management with vast knowledge on managing multiple, complex and large-scale software projects. Prior to joining Pixellot, Gonen held the position of SVP professional services and operation at Sapiens. He held positions of VP professional services at PONTIS, held a position of CIO at Migdal Capital Markets and VP delivery at AMDOCS. Gonen holds a BA in Political Science from Tel Aviv University.

Ronen is an experienced executive, with 30 years’ of comprehensive achievements across the Information Technology and Communications industries. Ronen brings expertise in the domains of operations, customer success, delivery, R&D, and strategy. In his most recent role Ronen served as Senior VP at Amdocs managing Amdocs Quality Engineering and Head of Revenue Guard business unit. Ronen rejoined Amdocs as part of the cVidya acquisition. He served as cVidya’s COO for 10 years. Prior to joining cVidya, he held several senior positions at Amdocs. Ronen brings with him technological leadership in numerous domains such as ML, big data, analytics, architecture and cloud. In these and other positions, Ronen led relationships with key customers, as well as with key channel and technological partners. Ronen holds a M.Sc. in Physics, a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science, as well as an M.B.A. in Technological Management.

Noam is a well-rounded R&D Executive with over 18 years of experience in building, scaling, and leading global engineering teams. Noam worked for companies such as Nice Systems Ltd, Nova Ltd, PayEm and Astronautics delivering successful products across various industries such as Cyber & Intelligence, FinTech, Semiconductors, Aerospace and real-time/embedded systems. He has extensive experience in building Cloud-based, On-Prem, and hybrid highly complex, heavy ML/AI Algorithms and analytics B2B systems, with a focus on engineering efficiency and efficient operations under budgets. Noam holds a BS.c in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University.

Chris is a Sales and Business Development Strategist with a powerful network of long-term relationships in Broadcast, Streaming and Ad Technology, throughout the Asia Pacific region. In the past, he served as General Manager for several Fortune 500 companies, overseeing sales strategies and accounts development in China, India and South Korea. Chris holds a Master’s in Business from the Rutgers University.

Julien Bergeaud is a seasoned French executive with a demonstrated track-record in media, entertainment, sports and tech . He is skilled in multi-geo. He has an expertise in managing and launching new services, planning and executing go-to-market strategies, developing new distribution channels and accelerating growth. He has an extensive background in sports television and streaming but he is also very interested in tech and innovation. After having been Marketing Manager at TV5 between 1996 and 1999, Julien Bergeaud joined Eurosport in October 1999 as, successively, Sales and Acquisition sports rights Director between 1999 and 2010, Broadcasting and Programs Director between 2010 and 2013, then Development Director. In 2015, he was appointed Senior Vice-president, Managing Director of Discovery France and in charge of sports rights for Southern Europe. In 2019, he was recruited by Mediapro to become Managing Director of Mediapro Sport France and create Telefoot, the group's French channel dedicated to Ligue 1 and Ligue 2, for which Mediapro won the rights in December 2018. In January 2022, he joined Screach as CEO France and launched the first dedicated Ligue 1 OTT Direct to Enterprise offering for bars, pubs, hotels and hospitalities in partnership with Amazon.

Brian Phillpotts is responsible for growing new business models and opportunities with media companies, sport's governing bodies, and brands worldwide.

Luis is a growth performer and business manager with more than 30 years of international experience. He joined Pixellot in 2016 where he led and developed agreements and collaboration with strategic accounts such as Barcelona FC; Real Madrid FC, and others. After a 16 year stint at Orad HiTec, a broadcast graphics technology leader, where he was responsible for major accounts such as Tv Globo, Televisa, Tv Azteca, TyC, RAI, and RTVE he founded I3D-C. Luis has a B.A. from Derby University and a Biomedical Engineering degree from the Technion Institute in Haifa.

With over 25 years in sport-tech, Kobi is well connected with sports federations, agencies and TV Channels worldwide. An early Pixellot team member, he drives the Israeli market and has signed major deals in Switzerland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and S. Africa. Prior to Pixellot, he was head of sales at Stergen, and Orad and was founder and CEO of Scidel, the company that invented virtual advertising in sports.

A seasoned expert in the introduction of new technology and innovation in sports broadcasting, he has been involved in the production and sponsorship of prestigious events such as the World Cup, the Olympic Games, and the Champions League, organizing the first UHD shooting in Europe, and transitioning football broadcasting to HD. After managing the distribution of major audio-visual brands, he was appointed Broadcast department director of Canon France. He then joined Canon Europe and set up the Pro IG NSO, regrouping all professional activities from the Japanese group. After 18 years at Canon, Stéphane was appointed Deputy Manager of AMP Visual TV, a leading French video facility handling 5000 productions a year. Stephane recently set up his own company, Get-Live, the first company in France specializing in the integration and operation of AI-driven automated production solutions and services.

James D. Jamaleldine has a huge passion for sports and video analysis. He has been using video in sports for more than 20 years, focusing on player development and scouting. He has coached on all levels from U9 to National Teams with the biggest highlight being the 2011 World Championship in American Football with Team Germany. James brings years of experience working in sales leadership positions including Hudl and Spiideo. James holds a B.Sc in International Business from the University of Missouri - St. Louis.

Uri is a highly skilled business development professional with a background in basketball coaching, team leadership, and a lot of industry experience. In addition, Uri is also well-versed in the daily operations of local clubs and associations and has established a strong network of contacts in the community. With his background and knowledge of Pixellot solutions, Uri has the unique combination of skills and experience that makes him an asset in the competitive youth sports world.

Wilson has joined Pixellot bringing large experience in Sales and Business Development in LATAM. Having large knowledge on managing business abroad for multinational companies, skilled in establish business partners to launch sales in LATAM, with leadership in the high-tech industry focusing on Solutions with added value. Prior to joining Pixellot, Wilson was leading multinational companies in LATAM as GM & VP Sales Latam for RFS (Radio Frequency Systems), focusing on Telcos and Broadcasters, GM & VP Sales for Kathrein, also focusing on Telco´s, Services and Broadcasters and VP Sales for RADWIN, providing solutions for ISP´s, Public Security and municipalities. Wilson holds MBA and B.Sc. in Business Administration and Computer Science from FASP University in São Paulo.

Emiel is based in the Netherlands and has a great passion for sports, video analysis and sports broadcasting. He comes with a professional background as Sales Manager for 360Sportsintelligence, where he was selling camera- and video analytics solutions in Europe and the USA. He also has a huge passion for football as he has been a coach for over 12 years in multiple teams and levels in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany using video analysis weekly.

Franco Errico has a wealth of experience as a senior international executive specializing in business development, investment attraction, lobbying, trade facilitation, market-entry, and partner scouting. Franco's extensive network with decision-makers and influencers in the South European market positions him as a valuable asset for digital, telco, AI, and cybersecurity markets. Previously to Pixellot, he was GM for ECI Telecom Italia and Regional Sales Director for many companies as well as Radwin, Bridgewave, Siklu, Attenti and many others. He held an engineering bachelor's degree in 1985 from Federico II University of Napoli

For the past 15 years, Peter has been instrumental in building a successful business in Africa for RADWIN Ltd, a foremost wireless last mile vendor in the Telco space. Successes included becoming the incumbent supplier to Global Telco giants, as well as addressing other vertical markets such as mining, utilities, WISPs and private networks throughout Africa. Prior to this, Peter has held management positions with international vendors including spending time in the USA and UK

Vice Chairman and co-founder of thetime, Nir has been an entrepreneur and angel investor for the last 20 years. He is an angel investor involved in $2.5B exists and is behind the success of companies like Nielsen BuzzMetrics, Matomy Media Group, RSLCOM, Deltathree, and others.

Andy is a Partner at Shamrock Capital, a Los Angeles based media, entertainment, and communications focused private equity firm. In addition to Pixellot, Andy currently serves as a director of DeCurtis Corporation, Branded Cities, Appetize Technologies and Mobilitie Investments III as well as oversees Shamrock’s investment in Omega Wireless. Previously, Andy served on the boards of Screenvision Media, Consilio, Questex, MarketCast, K2 Towers, RealD, Wazee, Publishing Group of America, Naylor Publications, PrimeCo Wireless, Liberation Entertainment, and BASE Entertainment and was a board observer of MetroPCS and OpNext.

Ronen is a Managing Director at PSG Equity and heads its Israeli office. Previously, he was a principal, partner and General Partner at Viola Ventures from 2008 to 2021 focusing on SaaS and Vertical AI investments. Notable investments include iRonsource (NYSE: IS), Redis, Verbit, Samanage (acquired by NYSE: SWI). Prior to Viola, Ronen held several positions in the Israeli tech industry, the latest one being VP Product Management in Verint Systems (NASDAQ:VRNT). Ronen serves on the board of directors of the Aaron Institute for Economics Studies at Reichman University (formerly IDC) in Herzlia, Israel. He is a lecturer at the Kellog-Recanatti EMBA program at Tel Aviv University. From 1989-2002 Ronen served in an elite Israeli Defense Forces' Intelligence Unit (8200) and holds a rank of Lieutenant Colonel (Res.). He received a B.A., cum laude, in Economics and Middle East History from Tel Aviv University and an M.Sc. in Technology Management from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC).

Craig comes with a rich background in consulting for major global sports projects spanning 17 sports across 66 countries. He has vast experience in early-stage sport technology investments and is the Founding Partner at Mindspring Capital and CEO of Mindspring Sport. As part of his involvement in the creation, funding, and management of sports events and leagues, he was one of the founders of the UEFA Champions League and served for 11 years as its Managing Director for TEAM Marketing, the exclusive agency. Craig will help to accelerate our global expansion with his vast network of global contacts.
